www.arsenalresidence.ro is an informational and marketing website for the Arsenal Residence residential developments, facilitating access to information regarding unit availability and acquisition options within said residential complexes;

The information presented is indicative only; precise terms (including pricing) and property specifications are established directly with representatives of the Operator.

Displaying available apartments along with information regarding surface area, construction features, pricing, or other specifications constitutes an invitation to treat addressed to the public, and not a binding offer to enter into a contract. By displaying these details, the Operator does not express an intention to be bound should you accept this proposal.

Users can request information or quotes via the contact form or by emailing sales@arsenal-residence.ro. Any User submitting an inquiry is obligated to provide accurate and complete information.

Upon submission, the User will be contacted by a representative of the Operator to confirm receipt of the inquiry and discuss collaboration terms.

Inquiries containing messages that violate legal provisions, public decency, visual standards, or intended purposes, as well as messages with discriminatory content, are strictly prohibited.
